Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Loi n° 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Morocco)

Legal basis: This privacy policy is based on Moroccan data protection law Loi n° 09-08 (Act on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data) and on the regulations of the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). References to the GDPR are for guidance only and intended for European users. This English version is provided for information; the legally binding version is the original on file in French with the CNDP.

  • Art. 3 Loi 09-08: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request
  • Art. 3 Loi 09-08: legitimate interests of the company (business communication)

5. Retention Period

We store your data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose:

  • Contact enquiries without a business relationship: maximum 2 years after the last contact
  • Business documents, contracts and tax-relevant records: pursuant to Moroccan law (Code Général des Impôts) up to 10 years

6. Disclosure of Data

Your data is not sold to third parties. Disclosure takes place only in the following cases:

  • To subsidiaries of the group (Atlas Global Invest SASAU, Agroma SARL), to the extent necessary to process your enquiry
  • To IT service providers for the technical operation of the website (exclusively under a data processing agreement)
  • To authorities where legally required (e.g. tax authorities, courts)

Transfer of your data to countries outside Morocco only takes place with your explicit consent or where necessary for the performance of a contract.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and no social media plugins that transmit data to third parties.

Technically necessary cookies (session cookies) may be used for the functioning of the website. These are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

8. Your Rights (Droits des personnes concernées)

Under Loi n° 09-08 you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 7 Loi 09-08): you can request information about the data we store about you.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 8): you can request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 8): you can request the deletion of your data, provided that no legal retention obligations apply.
  • Right to object (Art. 10): you can object to the processing of your data.
