About Agroma

Building a new industrial model.

Agroma develops integrated industrial systems that transform local resources into scalable production, economic value, and long-term resilience.

Who We Are

A holding company and project development platform.

Agroma is focused on building industrial value chains across Morocco. We identify underutilized natural resources and structure them into operational production systems — connecting local potential with international technology, financing, and expertise.

Our role is not to operate a single factory, but to design and implement complete industrial ecosystems.

The Opportunity

A structural gap — and a clear opportunity.

Morocco generates over 60 million tons of organic residues every year, while key industrial materials are still largely imported. This gap represents a structural opportunity:

01

Untapped raw materials

Massive volumes of underutilized organic residues — wool, agricultural by-products, plant fibers — generated continuously across the country.

02

Growing demand

Accelerating global demand for sustainable industrial materials and CO₂-negative production systems.

03

Limited local capacity

Few local industrial operators currently bridge raw material availability and structured production at scale.

Agroma exists to bridge this gap — by turning existing resources into new industries.

Our Approach

Three principles that shape every system.

Integration

Our value chains — construction materials, fertilizers, and carbon products — are designed to function as a connected system, where outputs and by-products are continuously reused.

Local Value Creation

Production is built around cooperative structures, enabling local partners to become shareholders and operators of industrial activities — keeping value in the regions that generate it.

Scalability

Each project is designed for replication — combining industrial production, decentralized sourcing, and standardized processes that enable expansion across Morocco and beyond.

Technology & Infrastructure

Complex systems, kept controlled and measurable.

Agroma integrates industrial technologies and digital systems to support execution at scale. Our operations are coordinated through a central digital infrastructure — ensuring that even complex, multi-site systems remain transparent and accountable.

  • Real-time monitoring of production and materials
  • Financial transparency for funding partners
  • Continuous tracking of performance and operational maturity

Leadership

The founders behind Agroma.

Claudia Bachmann
Claudia Bachmann
Founder · Gérante (Managing Director)
"True independence is built through mindset, financial education, and structured income."

Claudia is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and managing businesses in demanding environments. Her journey has been shaped by firsthand experience — from early exposure to financial challenges and the realities of self-employment, to successfully building sustainable income streams through real estate and long-term investment strategies.

Working for many years in a male-dominated industry, she developed a strong foundation in resilience, operational leadership, and financial independence. Over time, she transitioned from being fully absorbed in day-to-day operations to creating systems that generate stable, long-term income.

This shift shaped her core philosophy: independence is not achieved through effort alone, but through structured and sustainable financial models. Today, she focuses on enabling systems that combine economic stability with long-term value creation — building structures that allow individuals and communities to operate independently.

Within Agroma, Claudia brings a strong emphasis on ownership models, long-term resilience, and the practical implementation of sustainable economic systems.

David Sebastian Kaluza
David Sebastian Kaluza
Founder · Head of Sales
"After decades of building across continents, I learned this: growth follows vision, success follows discipline — but lasting impact is built on trust and loyalty, the kind you place in the few who help carry your vision forward."

Dave is a senior executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across drive and mobility, agriculture, and industrial sectors. His career reflects a consistent focus on building value through operational improvement, revenue growth, and the ability to navigate complex, evolving markets.

His approach is grounded in a clear belief: strong businesses are built on trust, loyalty, and carefully chosen partnerships. Influenced by a structured German business mindset, he prioritizes long-term collaboration over short-term gain — knowing that the right partners make ambitious, large-scale projects achievable.

Dave gained his first experience in Morocco nearly three decades ago and thereby plays an active role in connecting markets and opportunities. He positions himself as a bridge for international — particularly German — investors, promoting the country's potential while supporting the integration of new technologies and long-term investment initiatives.

Within Agroma, Dave brings a strong focus on strategic partnerships, cross-border development, and building trust-based structures that enable lasting growth.
